Yosemite Creek with SteveInLA (trip report)

I spent last Sunday taking a cruise to meet up with Steve and his wife. The weather couldn't have been better. It's always fun to meet others off the group.

Dave...Where was the washout on the Coulterville Road...between Foresta and Nellie's or before Nellie's? I would image someone will fix it (if they know about it) since,as far as I know, Coulterville Road is a county road...

Great report, Dave. Mine will be coming as soon as I can edit the 1000 or so photos I took. Darn those 16gb SD cards! Thanks again for taking the time to meet with us. We had a blast hanging out with you and Don. Let's get a buzz going for an October run to Racetrack.

Jack, the spot is below 5 corners. It looked like someone other than the county or forest service cleared the road so they might not know about the washout. Maybe I’ll give them a call.

Yep I wasn’t happy having to drive back home. I also forgot to give you guys a bag of peaches I picked the day before.
I’ll have to see what goes on in October…I have some time in November but have to fight for time in Oct …. I’ll keep an eye out.
