1. Most all lifts are a spacer
2. Stiffer springs will drastically stiffen the ride
3. Jeremy at Weldtec builds high quality stuff, and that level of quality costs $$$

1. I just found two spacer lifts. But may be there are more options.
2. Good point. But will this really be an issue? Is it sooo much "harder"?
3. I'm with you, allway willing to pay the $$$ for good job + quality.
Weldtec also uses stiffer Springs and longer shocks similar to #2.

Bummed to see this thread went so quiet...
If anyone can chime in here with their experience/expertise regarding my situation it would be much appreciated@winmag4582001
Vehicle is an 07 Ford e350 extended van; Id like to level the front end out and put some bigger tires/wheels and better front shocks on her - nothing crazy just 265/70/17.

Here is the combination of parts I am considering and have the budget for at the moment:
-2” level kit https://fordpartsone.com/products/e2...10590310662259
-longer front shocks to accommodate the 2" lift https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1
-steering stabilizer to eliminate or help with the "floating" sensation https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Thats it for now, the rear seems fine so im leaving it alone.
I would have this installed at our local suspension/tire shop as I feel like this is just beyond my level of comfort mechanically speaking.
Let me know if you guys think this parts list gets it done or if you have any suggestions, etc. thanks in advance!

This thread is a bit stale but I will post up my situation and what updated parts look like they will work as some of OP winmag4582001 2018 links are dead.

1997 E-350 RB 2WD 123K miles (original owner). This was my toy box/ surf vehicle when I lived in CA. It did not see much work duty and mostly has highway miles.

I'm in the middle of a camper conversion which very roughly will add 1200 lbs minimum with (according to calculation) add 16% of available payload to the front (225 lbs) and 48% of available payload to rear (950 lbs)

In the pic you can see it sits nose down and the rear fender height is 37" as it sits. I have never even loaded it to get the rear to even appear to sag. With all the seats out of it is lighter for the conversion, but I'm putting about 500 lbs on a rear trailer hitch carrier for a duals sport DRZ400 (about 325 lbs) with a Harbor freight trailer tough storage box to fill with recovery gear. The box is 50 lbs alone and figures about 75 lbs of gear (including 5K Badlands winch).

For reference, in the picture, I overlaid lines for the maximum (rear) approach angle for the Moto carrier and then the storage box.

No plans for the expense of 4WD, but look to go to AT 265/70-17's with my existing 17x8" rims. Later I plan on doing a ARB locker using existing onboard air. So for this thread I am focusing on a 2" lift kit without the expense of going to the ford products offering (which is $310 and has no camber compensation).

Instead, I'm using the work that the OP put into this but with some updated links.

For the Rear:
OP used the coil-over heavy duty Monroe shocks which he claimed added 1" to a E-350 and give about 450 lbs of payload capacity (IIRC from the video)

For Ford E-350 Club Wagon Econoline Super Duty Rear Shock Absorber Monroe 555010.
You can still get them in black or yellow but the Black are cheapest at $63 per.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Ford-E-...0/265093648226

This leaves an extra inch short that I can get along with 2" up front from this kit.

2" Front 1" Rear Leveling Lift Kit w Camber Kit For 1999-2010 Ford F250 F350 2WD

2" Front 1" Rear Leveling Lift Kit w Camber Kit For 1999-2010 Ford F250 F350 2WD

I'm going to be checking with the seller about the dimensions of the kit but my stock rear leaf springs U bolts have about 1.125" extra threads and this rear kit needs less than 1". So I can add the blocks (1") and with the coil-over overload shocks (1") get a total of 2" but with an extra 450 of load capacity.

The kit also has 2" of front spacers with camber adjusters. The 1999-2010 F250/350 have the same I-Beam front suspension as the E-350 so from reading the camber requirements are the same and so assuming this pair is matched I would be in pretty good shape on alignment. I have read some concerns on using the adjustable Moog unit only providing 2.5 deg of caster where you really need 4 deg.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...KIKX0DER&psc=1

Finally, I need the 3/4x10 8" bolts OP spec'ed from Amazon
OP's original link is still good.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

As far as front shocks I already have the Bilstein 33-187563

https://www.amazon.com/Bilstein-33-1.../dp/B009FU7S7E

I will mention that I already ordered the rear Bilstein 33-176840 but will probably send them back if I go coil-over.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Cost-wise this is coming in right as $300 for the 1"/2" lift kit with camber compensation, rear coil-over Monroe and front 8" bolts. I also save on the rear shocks which are 80 bucks less than the rear Bilstein (33-176840).

I can still add the Moog CC880 later if the springs seem like the front is sagging.

Finally, I should also mention that I have Addco swaybars on order but they are back-ordered till early June 2021 (so they say).

FORD E350 VANS 1975-01 REAR
Part Number: K1-697-0U-350 (1 1/8")

PS If anyone is interested I put outriggers on a Black Widow carrier making it extremely solid and eliminating side-to-side rocking.

Any comments welcome. I will update if I get any more seller info or after I do an actual install.

I'll do a video if anyone wants....
How'd you work out what longer shocks would fit?
