2006 Ford E-250: Will 245/75/17 Fit?

Anyone know if I can I fit 245/75/17 on a 2006 E-250 Cargo Van (Std Length) 4.6L Engine?

It has the larger of the two stock sizes on it now: 245/75/16. It looks like there is plenty enough room in the height (it only needs an inch) and front to back (only needs 1/2" each). I can't tell what would happen lock to lock.

I have a line of a set of Ford OEM 17" steel 8 lug wheels with Michelin LTX MS2 on them. I don't know what they came off of.

Could there be any issues with wheel offset of anything like that?

I think the newer Ford 17" rims I was looking at have a different bolt spacing. 8 x 170mm vs 8x6.5". I would need spacer adapters. Anybody have any issues with them?

31.47 diameter for 245/75-17
30.47 diameter for 245/75-16
31.65 diameter for 265/75-16 and mine rub ever so slightly.

You decide on rubbing or not. Also the backspacing could make or break the fit too.

It seems like those spacers can create problems, Bbasso. I think I'll stay away from them, and stick with 16" rims with the stock bolt pattern.
