This is great. Would you be kind enough to list out the part numbers needed to duplicate? The ARB site isn't the most friendly to navigate all the detail.

Sure, happy to help. Taken from ARB site;

"-Bumper #3936150
ARB Modular Sahara Bar for Ford F250-F350 2008-09 (3936150)

Other info as shown on ARB site...
Required Parts;
These parts are required for installing this product on your vehicle.
-5136010 & 5100140 Buffer and Hoop Kit (If Installing the Aluminum Hoop) or 5100150 Buffer Kit (If not fitting the Aluminum Hoop)
-3512050 - Wiring Kit (Only if Installing M12000 or M15000 model Warn Winch)

Optional Parts;
-6821201 (Optional Fog Light Kit for vehicles with OE fog lamps) or 6821201 & MD02 &180209S & 180215 Optional Fog Light Kit (All parts required to install optional fog light kit if model does not have OE Fog Lights)"

These 3 extras are what was actually used on VANdiana;
-Buffer kit #5100150 (the black "bumper" things since we didn't use the aluminum hoop of the Sahara style bumper)
-Optional foglight kit #6821201
-For not having OEM foglights, you'll want #3500440 ARB AUXILLIARY LIGHTING LOOM (3500440)


Then you'll need the ARB-ESeries bumper adapter brackets from MG at Expo Vans. Those are $350 a set with hardware I believe.

Note that VANdiana's bumper was custom modified even more to allow a heavy duty ComeUp 16.5 winch; SEAL GEN2 16.5rs, 12V WinchÂ*| COMEUP USA

Does anyone know if MG is still up and running? Emailed them a few weeks back with no replies. Would love one of the ARB adaptors and certainly don't have the skills to make one myself!

Did you try to contact him though the Expovans contact page? The old seat business has been sold so he can focus on 4x4 kits and interior conversions.
