Anti-skid strips on Aluminess ladder and step side barn doors

I placed anti-skid strips (skid guard) on the steps of the Aluminess ladder and on the step of the side barn doors.

Treat everything with rubbing alcohol first, and make sure it is warm enough (at least 50F). I attached 2 inch wide strips to the Aluminess ladder. The lowest step required incisions as it curves up.

The step for the barn doors can also be slippery when wet. I attached 1/2 inch wide strips, and the plastic rim on the floor level received wider strips.

Nice!! I need to do that on our barn door step too. Our old black lab is starting to slip even with the hot tub steps. Probably need some on the hot tubs steps too now that I think about it.

Very nice work. That took some patience.
