The idea that is rumbling around in my head is a functional hood scoop... it would have to be some universal scoop that I fab up to my hood. The van is going to get wrapped so I really don't care about the color match.

Weldtech has a fiberglass hood that has a 2" drop that can be opened for a hood scoop that is reasonably priced and might work for you.

Yessss! Good luck with the build. Besides all the other cool stuff I'm interested in what you come up with for the cold air intake.

Wow, that's pretty fast for a complete assembly.

I was 15yrs old, helping a friend swap out a clutch on an Opel Kaddet, at another friends garage. The driveline is missing. We look high, low, and everywhere in between.

Ron looks at me, deadpan, and says "Tom, this is one of those times where I'd be glad to get the shaft..."

Hope you locate those pushrods soon, they could have gone far

Cab is going down today my ninja's! looks like I am stuck with the stock intake tubing for now, there is clearance over the main harness and it also has a mounting spot for coolant line. I have to figure out where I am going to mount the regulated return and gauge for fuel pressure... looking to fire her up today. When I tore this van apart initially I did it in about 8 hours.. took no pictures and assumed Id remember going back... not the case at all... I've been chasing random things down for two weeks to get to this point.
