Good lord that is some boost. I'd like to hear more about your intercooler solution. Stock E350 doesn't have the intercooler to run high power for very long.

6.0s are intercooled. The 7.3 lacked it.

Being a propellant guy I would like to hear about this as well.

I think what JoeH was referring to is that at these forced induction levels the stock 6.0 intercooler could be overwhelmed with heat in a short time. Not a big deal for dyno pulls or burn outs but could be a big problem if your trying to race across the desert all day.

Right, I get that but the intercooler is significantly smaller than the trucks on the 6.0. One reason it's difficult to get past 400HP with a stage 2 or bigger turbo and upgraded fuel injectors/nozzles. That, and the cold air intake is also much smaller.

actually the inter cooler in the 6.0 van is more stout than the truck cooler. it has metal end caps instead of plastic. Its not as large but it doesn't seem to mind the 50psi Im pushing through it.

I have been on the dyno for a week now. I am only making 580 to wheels, which is shy about 150hp. I am not holding ICP like I should. Sooooo the cab is going up tonight to figure out whats what.

I dont see any problems with the inter cooler so far.
