Bullfinch external shower point #6088 Leak

Just picked up my rig from SMB Fresno. Had the shower installed and now it leaks at the mixer dial. It's a steady drop of water per second.

I tried a google search and SMBforum search to no avail. Bullfinchs website sucks too. Anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

Smb is closed till Monday and I'd like to use the $600 upgrade today and not have to go back to Fresno from OC

This sucks.

Maybe you should try to contact Jack, it looks like he installed his own and may have more insight.

I'm guessing I have a defective mixed dial. It's def leaking from this end.

Lol. Not if I can help it. Nothing against you but HB to Fresno isn't my idea of fun.

I'm guessing they'll send me a replacement hose with mixed dial and that'll be the end of that.

Hopefully mine won't leak...surprised they didn't test it.

You would think. They were buttoning up my van at 515pm that Friday when me and my whole family were waiting over 2 hours until they finished. I'll provide a full review of my SMB West service experience shortly. I'm waiting for Alan's response.
