Does anyone know of either an aftermarket passenger bench seat that folds the back forward, or any ideas on how to modify an OEM bench seat to do so?
I’m ~6ft tall and my desire is to construct a platform in the rear/trunk/cargo area that will allow me to sleep my full length when the middle bench seat is folded forward.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I made my stock seat fold forward and made a bed that folded out over the seat. I hit up the junk yard and got some hinges from a mercury villager or something like that. I just took off the cover cut two spots on the sides and drilled and bolted the hinges. Strong as hell and folds forward flat. I don't have a great picture of the hinges as they are covered up now by the seat back. I can't tell the difference when the seat is up and locked. Here is a link my my post. I am currently re-doing my bed platform. It was comfortable but I added a high top and the upper bunk made it just a bit too tall. In this picture I had a second bench in just in front of the bed. I needed space for 8 campers. I usually only keep the folder in the van.
