This the best comparison I could do from their web sites.

Not sure if prices are for hardware or installed...

Think I saw some posts on high noise levels???

Are there REALLY fowling problems with calibrations (altitude vs sea lever). Although we are low landers I know we would get into the mountains for a few weeks on some vacations. Paying $2K to $3K for something and have it have fowling problems with "normal" use is ridicules.

Looks like the Webasto operates w an on-off switch only (?). Does the Espar use a real thernostat?

Other than being at SMB-I I have only seen two rigs (including my own DYI) let alone seen a heater, so I REALLY know nothing about them. Do not mind spending the money BUT I do expect what I buy to work. Not spend its time in a repair shop.

Sorry about the post I did put the info in columns for easy reading but all that went away when the message was posted.

I'm far from a heater expert......but FWIW would also vouch for the suburban heater. It is a real champ and cranking out heat and mine has worked flawlessly for nearly 4 years. I have zero tech skills and am very glad it has been simple and reliable. They are widely used in RVs and Bill is right that they just sip the propane. A full tank lasts me nearly 2 years.

Those that have Suburban heaters, what are your model numbers and how many BTU's are they rated for? All the Suburbans I have seen seem to be overkill and therefore might lead to poor heat distribution.
