Perfect timing!
I just completed a second review of the X-Jack (the first was lost in a website crash)
http://disabledexplorers.com/index.php? ... &Itemid=33

It has a published wgt limit of 8800lbs so I am actually looking forward to testing it with the SMB.

As for tire kits the absolute best I have ever seen is the Extreme Outback one. It has everything and more, most of which you won't need unless you really need it but when you do, you really do!
It was used in my Overland Training class to sew & patch a 3" cut in a sidewall.
I have used mine a ton of times to plug tires and most of those plugs are still going over a year later.
It is a soft pack and fits in lots of small cubby places which is handy.

I am looking for a new complete recovery kit and I like the ARB or Extreme Outback ones...although there are quite a few good ones out there.

This jack looks sweet! Will it lift a fully loaded extended van sportsmobile?

Dang it! I promised myself, just today, that I was done buying stuff for my rig. Then I remembered I needed to buy a High Lift jack since I got my van lifted and my old jack no longer will work. But seeing this bag I decided to go this route instead. It's a lot more expensive, but probably easier on my old back.

Okay, now I'm done buying stuff. No more! That's it! The end! I'm not going to put any more money into my Sportsmobile!!!!!!

What does that mean? Future purchases go into the trailer?

Re: Jacks/Airbag, Recovery Gear and Tire kits

I'm just kind of concerned about the weight limit. I'm thinking a loaded extended van sportsmobile with a penthouse top, 4x4 options, and interior mods would be over the weight limit for this jack. Would of come in real handy for me last week as love the fact you can slide it flat under the van...
