I read Don Sambrook's analysis of the various sound dampeners available, and he rates Second Skin's products high for quaility, and with your link I just reviewed their website. Definitely a company dedicated to controlling auto noise, but they do make some pretty elaborate claims:
Spectrum - "It is a true visceolastic sound deadener that can make any vehicle quiet as a luxury car."
"...can be applied....to create tomb like silence"
"Luxury Liner is designed to go on top of Dampers and absorbers to block the passage of the most difficult airborne sound waves. When used with out other products Luxury Liner can help make any car quiet as a brand new luxury vehicle."
As I'm also in the market for serious noise insulation I hope the hyperbole is true. I sent them an email to discuss my application so we'll see.
In the meantime I've been talking with CascadeAudio in Bend, OR about my project.

They are also a dedicated sound control company that offers a variety of products. Their product line and more importantly the technical specs can be reviewed on their website. Talking to them they seem pretty realistic about sound control.
As I've not used their products though, I'm obviously not endorsing them. As posted, I've only used Dynamat so far, and have not been totally satisfied with the results (by the way, I'll post pictures of this application shortly).
Also I'll let you know what I decide to do and how helpful it was. Until then, good luck with yours.
