On Board Compressed air piping

Got my ARB compressor installed and am wondering what material to use for the piping to the two air outlets. As I see it air piping comes in three varieties, copper, rubber hose and PVC hose. What are you using?

1/4" NPT pipe and fittings should do you well. If the run is not too long, I'd use stainless on all components, the expense is not that much more. Regular galvanized is pretty cheap though. Copper is overkill and you would have to sweat the joints.

I used push to connect 3/8" nylon hose with a swivel T fitting to go to two drops on my rig from a 2 gal air tank. https://www.extremeoutback.com/produ...3+002-448.html

Another source for air line: Air Line

I'm using pcv hose. Light weight and won't break due to flexing over longer runs. The remaining bits that were on my (ex news) van used rubber hose.

The cost of fittings really adds up on an air system.
