Penthouse Water Protection

Hi All,

I am wondering if you recommend to putt some water protection on the fabric of the penthouse? something like we spray on the coat or jacket before going to ski (for a lack of better word):-).

Thanks a lot

The canvas on mine appears to be some kind of rubberized material, so I haven't figured it was necessary. Something for the seams might make sense, but I find relatively little water hits the canvas itself due to the roof overhang.

I generally use 303 aerospace protectant on the outside and 303 fabric guard on the inside to restore water repellency.
