Question, can you change a sliding side door for the barn...

Hello SMF Members,
I wanted to know if anyone has ever tried to change the sliding side door for the barn doors?
I purchase a van and it came with the slider & would like to see if it is at all possible to make this swap, or is it just a big waste of time & money?

I think it would be prohibitively expensive. If you want the barn doors to clear the rear wheels for a 4x4 conversion, Quadvan has brackets to allow a sliding door to clear the wider rear track that comes with a 4x4 conversion.

Herb is right on here. My last van had a slider and I looked into converting it. Basicly removing the side of the van and installing the barn door side. Big difference tween the two.
