Sealing the floor holes

Removed the factory seats and the rails running front to back. Need to seal up the rail mounting holes on the floor. Looking for recommendations on what to use to seal up all the holes where the rails were bolted through.

This is on a 2013 Chevy, unlike the Fords these holes are not threaded and had separate nuts under the van and the bolts were welded to rails.

I'd clean and maybe wire brush the holes both top and bottom, treat the surrounding metal with a high quality rust preventative material, I use POR-15.

Next use a heavy bodied automotive seam sealer--3M my go to product there---fill the holes, smooth the sealant and that should be good enough for a long long time.
