SMB DIY Flooring

I'm getting ready to install my floor. Picked up some Loncoin material at SMB Fresno. Anybody have any tips? 5/8 plywood seems the norm. What kind of adhesive is best for the Loncoin? My van is a 12 pass so it has the factory panels down to the floor. What about insulation? Thanks for any tips.

I am not sure what you are wanting to insulate against, but we used one layer each of two Second Skin products in our cab floor area, and on our 3000 mile trip we notice none of heat or sound issue that folks with 6.0 PSD folks have posted about. ...so we are very happy...

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and installed my floor using 3/4 plywood with the Loncoin glued down. It came out very well and I think the 3/4 ply will effectively reduce as much heat and noise as could be hoped for. We will see!
