Re: STOP!!!
I would be interested. I like the idea of Ford parts on my Ford van. I would say a price around $1500 out the door would have people lined up.

I would be highly concerned about further reduction in clearance to wheels. My stock Quigley brake calipers barely clear the 16" Mojave ATX wheels (I've lost some wheel weights that way).
I upgraded to Stoptech slotted/cryo rotors and Hawk SD pads, life is good.
I could see it being worth it if I switched to 17" wheels and could use larger rotors without worrying about wheel clearance. IMHO trying to stick within 16" wheels is not interesting.

You can switch to a 17 inch wheel for more clearance if you want to - you just don't need to!
Your 16" Mojave ATX is one of the aftermarket wheels we tested and it fits.
Your stock Quigley caliper is an antiquated single piston Chevy caliper and your rotors are significantly smaller. We are using a late model FORD low profile dual piston caliper and huge FORD rotors that have the same clearance that you have now.
It wouldn't make sense to require people to buy new larger wheels and new tires...
P.s. The rotor we use is also available cross-drilled, slotted and cryo'd from the same manufacturer and Hawk offers several pads if you really want them.

How much clearance vs stock brakes? If I go from 1/4" to 1/32" that's an issue, for example.
If it is identical, that's great.

I'm not suggesting you require it, but that there might be people who desire a brake kit that is a bigger incremental improvement (i.e. and unconstrained by 16" wheels)
Now also I just replaced my rotors, pads, calipers, so not really in a hurry to replace them or upgrade.
I don't see any value because my current brakes are fine, and I don't have a lot of clearance.
If I was going to upgrade, I'd want a bigger brake upgrade with bigger wheels to give more space.

Re: STOP!!!
I would love better brakes. If they clear my current 16in wheels I'm interested. I don't know who made them, but with my stock calipers, there is perhaps a bit less than 1/4 inch clearance. When I took my wheels in for new tires, they put the weights on the outside edge and they were promptly ripped off on the first rotation of the wheel. Oops. Anyway, add me to the list for conversion prior to Baja this winter.............

The Bendix 141469 stock Quigley rotor is listed as being 327 mm dia, about 12.875"

It uses a nearly 14 inch rotor, 1.5 inches thick, available in standard or cross-drilled and slotted, and a Ford dual piston caliper.

The Bendix 141469 stock Quigley rotor is listed as being 39mm thick, about 1.5" thick. (i.e. about the same thickness as the rotor in your kit)
(I didn't measure mine....)

Re: STOP!!!
I'll let you use my van for free!
OK... Odd question. When I did my brakes, I used Ford rotors from a F350 of the same year as my van (1995). I didn't mess with the calipers... So did Quigley change to a different style later on?
And I thought my calipers had two pistons... Oh well
Give me a call.
I'm a the point of either selling my van or going down the road of no return...

Each individual Quigley could have any given setup.... you really need to check by your VIN number with Quigley. But yes they did switch to a GM D60 front axle setup, which is what is being discussed here.
The biggest (but not only) issue with single piston calipers is if the sliders get corroded.

Actually it is just a Dana 60 and Ford and Chevy both used the Dana 60 with the same size rotors in the same time period.
The axle in a Quigley is NOT a "GM D60" as GM 4x4's of that vintage all had the differential on the passenger side of the axle and the axle in Quigley's is on the driver side.
Quigley simply ordered Dana 60's direct from Dana Corp. as they needed them just as Ford and GM did.
