I did mine snug and then checked them a few times over the year to see if the rubber has settled.

I have a set of Penthouse "Gooseberry" stainless steal bolts available. Twelve plus seal tape and extras. Never used. Originally 140.00 plus PayPal and shipping, plus box of seal tape. $165.00 all inclusive (shipping and PP fees). K&K

I’m going to do a count of the washers I have from the last order and have them welded up once I get a new welder.

Good news is I have enough for nine more sets and my original guy can do it so I’m getting the Allen heads on order. It should be a few weeks and I will have them.

This is a long thread. What's the current design and cost of these? Still stainless? Any provision for using the PH bolts to mount a subframe for solar or a roof rack?

Waiting on some hardware and I can mount. Tabs to them but they are thick and you drill and tap.
