Hey Bearfoot Drifter - we are up in the Sierras backpacking. Received your payment and will ship when we are back next Tuesday.
Late this afternoon, just finished a nine day 60 mi loop from South Lake to North Lake, which was awesome/spectacular! - included three 11,400 to 11,950 ft passes. Next is a three day to Thousand Islands Lake this coming weekend. Incredible areas
Thanks! Ray

Sounds like a great time. Spent many nights under those stars myself, as it was my home stomping grounds back when I was just a cub.

Thanks Ray. Got mine on Friday and installed that evening. Simple and effective.

Add me to the long list of door talon/door claw fans. Just installed mine, works great, looks great - classy. The bungee is now relegated to the Box 'O Bungees ammo container for uses more suited to its design.
It was a pleasure to meet you, Ray, thanks for showing me your van, neat setup. Good color, by the way! You got me rethinking the idea of a side canopy after seeing yours. I never liked the idea of drilling holes in the vehicle body, and some reports of fatigue cracks over time at the mounting brackets made me decide against it. The bracket design you use clamps onto the rain gutter, eliminating the drilled hole issue. The E-Z Up I have is not all that easy to set up, especially solo. I'll be keeping in touch toward February, when you get more brackets fabricated.
As they say in the Sierras (I do, anyway): take nothing for granite!

Well, if this isn't the best thing since sliced bread, I don't know what is. I park on an incline and I can't tell you how many times I've been hit by that door when I didn't take the time to fit the bungie. Such a useful invention and solidly made. Thanks, Ray!
