Tow Mirrors Install E350 2006

I bought an immaculate set of OEM tow mirrors for my '06 E350 off of Ebay. Bolted on without a hitch. Huge improvement just because the superwide mirror adjustment doesn't affect the main mirror adjustment--very annoying to me on the base mirrors.

Speaking of base mirrors. If anyone wants them they are almost perfect. Zap me $50 for shipping and they're yours. PM mail me if interested.

Bought my from an ambulance upfitter, so they were Ford stock tow mirrors specifically for the van and no mods were needed to install.

Did same on my 08 E150. Plug-n-Play. Dont know how anyone can see doodle with the pint-size units.

I thought mods were needed for the older vans, an extra hole or a pin trimmed, if using newer mirrors:

Or swapping the wires:

Yeah, you have to chop off a pin, and widen the holes a bit in the door frames to fit the pins on the bigger mirrors.

I've got a pair of new tow mirrors in the garage. Project for a warmer
day.

Mirror base pattern changed in '03. Older vans need the mods to fit the new mirrors.
