Desert, Where did you find the connector?
I love the flush, low profile look.

George,

I got it at etrailer.com

https://www.etrailer.com/product.asp...&manuf=Hopkins

The connector on the wiring harness was damaged also so I needed to replace that too.

https://www.etrailer.com/p-PK11998.html

It was trial and error and work with hole saw, files, drill, jig saw and die grinder to get the hole correct. I needed to chamfer the inside edge of the hole where the connector clipped in since it was intended to work on thinner sheet metal than the bumper. I drilled a one inch hole through the side of the compartment in the bumper through which I ran the cable. The only thing I want to do to complete the job is to get a piece of aluminum angle to protect the connector from stuff put in the storage box.

Smile replaced the crummy stote and counter top and added a room AC

my new stove install... ebay for $99

here is my AC I installed

the previous owned one had a bath combo the he had sprinter change up to a large cabinet space. He said the never user the shower and added a porta pottie. I used the old toilet port to route the exhaust for the AC. I plan to remove the AC and reinstall the door when we do need it. It is a 8000 btu unit from Lowes that also has a dehumidifier mode, thermostat, and remote control.

Yesterday I installed a new Safe T Alert CO detector to replace the original. The old one had reached it's useful life. I had been using a battery operated one for a couple of years and may still use it as a back up.

The old one had a smaller compartment behind the face plate that held all the electronics so I had to increase the size of the cutout in the header. It was way easier to cut the top edge out instead of the bottom. It placed the unit higher than the old one but it doesn't look too bad. The old one was white and didn't match the Espar controls you see on the left of the header.

Easy to cut the opening a little larger and connect the two wires in the back of the unit with the wires that were already there for the old detector.
