HPOP sprung a major leak, and ran it low on oil. I replaced the CPS and IPR, (just threw some parts at it that will keep it from starting, don't have a good scanner setup yet) and filled back up with oil, and it started back up!

i replaced the HPOP last night, so that should have that oil leak licked

The snow is scarce, in Crested Butte for the weekend, snowed last night a little, groomers are nice. Looks like steamboat got a bit more out of this front. Hoping for big spring dumps

Fixed window washer

Been having a problem with the window washer sprayer on the drivers side. The fluid just dribbles out. Removed the wiper arms and the cowl. It was not a problem at the nozzle. Traced the hose back and found this.

Looks like the Splitter was rubbing against something inside the fresh air intake. Was headed to the local auto parts store to see if they had something like it. Home Depot is on the way so decided to stop to get some other items while I was out. As I was walking down the plumbing aisle I passed the irrigation section. A ten pack of these caught my eye.

Same diameter hose. I installed it and now the fluid sprays to the top of the windshield.

When I removed the cowl the gasket at the top that seals against the windshield disintegrated. Called the local Ford dealer to see if they had one. Turns out to get a new gasket you need to buy the cowl. Went back to HD and found a roll of rubber automotive door gasket that was the same height as the crumbled gasket. Cleaned off the old gasket and adhesive and stuck the new one on. Now have a new seal and working sprayer.

I find that when I'm driving, most of the fluid blows over the top. In years past, you could use a needle to re-aim the jet since it was a ball and socket kind of affair. Looking closely at mine, it seems to be a one piece plastic nozzle with no adjustment. Anyone ever have any luck re-aiming one of these?

I've had that same issue. I think you just replace the nozzle. On some forum I was on recently (maybe Toy Land Cruiser) you can replace the failing OEM ones with a much better one from another modern car, but I don't remember which car. I'll try to find it.
