Pretty mundane, but I finished my floor template up to the cab. Then I came to the epiphany that I need to put my rear storage box in before the flooring. So today is off to get an air chisel and remove the spare tire carrier.

I also added up the total cost of an aluminess package.............I'm buying a tube bender and a mig welder..............I could probably buy a powdercoat oven too and still come out ahead.

I started to get worried I was going to get stuck pulling the boat out on a slick ramp with the river so low so... I got some new grippy tires for that and dealing with my gravel driveway/back roads/whatever else comes along.

Have to say, these KO2's are absolutely amazing! The ride improvement is an unexpected bonus, providing a sense of stability that wasn't there before. And the van now takes road bumps with real grace.

When I got home, those tires just rolled over the curb and ate up that gravel like it was nothing. Sure do like when you spend money and it all seems so worth it. Can't say enough about these BFG's and now understand why so many people like em.

Finally got to the door trim mod. I have not tested, but hope it helps with wind noise coming from my driver side window. I used latex tubing from Home Depot. Also changed the dimming level on the CTS that was blinding me at night.

Ha ha so true about the cost of all the aluminess stuff, but it sure is perty.

Picked up a E350 Dana 60 Full float today for the semi float swap. Replaced the axle seals and prepping it for 4:10's and a Detroit True Trac.

Back in March I did my best to re-glue the pivot portion of the glass in the passenger side awning window of the van.

After about 500 miles off road this summer I noticed that the glue was beginning to lose adhesion. So last week I ran up to SMB West for a day and had them install a new awning window.

So did you do the White Rim Trail this summer? Any ride report?
