So with this cover you have to make sure you only put the recommended amount of diff fluid in because the fill hole is at the top. I like just filling them until it comes pouring out like a caveman but this does look nice.

I've got a Mag-Hytec in the rear but I really like this for the front dif cover, gonna have to give it some consideration.

I also went with the mag-hytec. BOR had it in stock when wrapping up the FF, so I said go for it. But yes, that thing would be a great option for the front diff.

Changed out the ball joints on the passenger side...turns out my junkyard axle had a bent upper BJ.

Which Ball joint tools did you use? The more I mess with junkyard axles the more I think they should be rebuilt (Ball joints/ unit bearings) before ever getting mounted onto the van.

I have one that looks like a big c-clamp. Although I need to get an extended cup for it. I had to cut off the ball joint studs on the old ones to press them out.

Oh ok. I bought this kit ( ts4511 - Torque King 4x4 )and it works awesome but it's also $$$. I was hoping maybe you had found something cheaper that does it all.
