Nice work!^

Well while out exploring yesterday I had a weird occurrence. The alternator began to make noise and smelled horrible. I made the 1 hour trip back home and replaced the alternator in about 20 minutes. Made the trip back out to the desert and heard another weird noise coming from the vacuum pump. So...replaced it this morning. A weekend outing at the cost of an alternator and a vacuum pump. Weird that they went out at the same time.

That is weird. At a minimum, I would check your serpentine belt and the tensioner to make sure they're in good shape.

Yesterday I built a proper cup holder for the Sprinter. Used a piece of the original Crew interior floor for the base. Gave it a good work-out today with full cups as we drove around town - very stable and in the perfect position.

Painting the cabinets

Finished the priming and painting today. All that is left to do is a little touch up, replace a light fixture, fill it back up with crap, and wash her.

Garage
Dropped mine off at Oregon Spring for the whole suspension macaroni. Deavers, Agile fox shocks, Sulastic shackles front and back. I cannot wait to drive it home tomorrow.
