What is the best product sound deeding along with insulation

Ya I know I've be asking for a lot of advice/help but I figure if I'm to do this right....
I'm looking to put up my walls and I have had a lot of different people saying to use different products when it comes to which material to use for insulating the walls.
I really only want to do this one once so... What I'm looking to achieve is the van being able to say nice & cool in the summer/warm in the winter, I also would really like to make it a quite as I can.
I look forward to everyones comments, cheers all.

This stuff looked neat to me: http://www.engineheatprotection.com/dryblanket.html

Comes in thicknesses from 1/4" to 2".

I've used bubble foil on several rigs with success. Doesn't absorb moisture either.

Re: What is the best product sound deeding along with insulation

During our initial build we had SMB TX use two layers of Second Skin products, one that is Dynamat-like and one tha is more like a regular bat insulation (but much thinner).

So far these have been fantastic. We had them cover the entire cab floor and up the firewall as far as possible. We did nothing to the doghouse.

So far we have had no heat issues from the 6.0 PSD, and that is through a hot Texas summer, and a cross country drive in July. We have also not found the sound to be an issue.
