Bill,

Looks like the group has a high workmanship standard. I am sure you are excited.

110 volt outlets? I now have at least 8 duplexes in my van and find I "need" them. With cell telephone, camera, computer, hot pot, 120 volt only equipment and toys (one of Jo's sawing machines to!!) we find them all very handy.

Have fun and enjoy.

thanx buddy, yes i am really excited
(especially since the cost for this build out was 75% of what Fresno wanted for a couple of new cabinets... )

great input, re: 110v,

i will have to make sure i have a couple handy, Thanx!

all my stuff is 12 v, cell, laptop, hair dryer, tv, dvd, HOWEVER, a junction box and a little wire is
an easy fix

fyi
-coffee is boiled water and french press
-my calculated "wattage" for a full day running everything is 1200 watts
my solar panels produce 1200 with 6 hours of sun PLUS i have the 400 amp hours of battery PLUS the 2400 watt generator
Overkill, yes, comfort level, yes

ALOT of what i am doing is abit overkill, but when in BFE, i believe in back ups of back ups

Within reason...never over kill. If you have several cloudy days, "extra" solar panel capacity might turn into "just enough" capacity.

I have a TripLite 1000 watt inverter for several years and just this week added a 100 watt inverter. I have wired them through switches so I can easily select at a through of a switch which one will supply 120 volts to my outlets. Hoping to save several amps that way while dry camping. I can only recharge my batteries by running the van alternator or being hooked up to shore power.

Man I really like that spare tank. Good Idea on placement. Who makes it?

Your whole van is looking great. Hope you make the meet.
