Electrical upgrade and component advise

Hi calling on the experts for some advise!

I've just acquired a used 2005 Sportsmobile RB that I'm going to renovate.
It has a single 130 watt solar panel with 2 Lifeline house batteries and a National Luna chest cooler.
I'm thinking about trying an Induction cooking hot plate for the times when outside cooking is not convenient and also a 2 way refer for space issues.

Looking for total minimum solar panel wattage, battery storage, inverter size, Refer size. And brands would also be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sure there is, I've spent hours looking. The search functions of the software are a bit to be desired. Thanks.
