Is this completely unrealistic?

If so, any places in NY or NJ that someone could recommend?

Thanks.
You might have to stay for a while depending how complicated you want to go. Is the van a Ford and already converted?
You probably need to just find an RV place and ask. Fresno has some major dealerships but SMB would be the best choice in Fresno for speed if they did the conversion.

Re: Electrical Wiring and parts

For money and time reasons, I'll have to wait till I get home. Got the van yesterday from Quadvan. It's magnificent.

SMB could do it, but they really charge a lot. SMB Indiana could do it, but they insisted they had to panel it, as well, so it's up to code.

Since I want to do the interior insulation and finishing work myself, I am passing on them.

I also want to plan this and do my research, so I'll just drive home as-is. I LOVE the Buckstop front bumper and wish they made the rear, as well, but I got an aluminess rear.

Re: Electrical Wiring and parts

When I built my van Ipaneled the interior first, then built the cabinets, then the wiring.
I did not want my wiring harness to be behind the paneling.

Re: Electrical Wiring and parts

That's good to hear. That was my instinct, but this woman made me feel like I was crazy. Thanks.

Gonna need to insist on photos of that... hopefully you're burning up the camera on your trip back.

Re: Electrical Wiring and parts

I have actually not been burning up the camera. More like burning up myself, just trying to get home.

I will get photos of it up, though. I really like it, although it's hard to beat the ARB that was on my Tacoma. This is very well made, though.
