So did you tap into the CB power lead? Did you increase the fuse size for the larger load? Or was there another lead up there you used?

Im looking to install one soon.

I like that... but I may go with the suction cup model or maybe figure out a way to put it somewhere less visible.

We went with the magnetic mount, BUT also got the plate to mount it to our light bar.

When the light bar comes off the light can be mounted directly to the cab roof.

Ok so ive taken two trips since I installed the Go-light. Both have been to really cold temp areas. I was shocked to find out that the light did not turn on in 22* weather. We were camping at Huntington lake last week and the SMB had been parked for two days. I grabbed my remote to test out the light and it just wouldnt turn on. I could move the light left, right, up and down but it just wouldnt turn on. Drove home 6 hours, by the time i got home it was dark. I tried it again and it turned right on.

Im thinking because of the cold the on/off switch wouldnt make the connection... Not sure... Anyone ever deal with something like this ?

Remote

Hi Ruggedjeep,

I have been field testing a few products from Go-Light. I am on the 3rd week
Of very cold temps, the coldest so far -2 degrees. The problem I have found in one of or test remotes is a bad contact. Go-Light sent out a new remote and no more problems. If you want any more info please feel free to send me a message and I can give anyone the reviews up till now.
