Just finished a load test on our 230Ah (new value) house battery bank. The house batteries will be 5 years old this June and I have noticed some loss of function so I thought I would take the time check them. The amp-hour capacity has decreased by 21%-41%. The good news is that switching all our lights over to LED's has reduced their current draw by at least 80%.
