It is the high idle switch! I would of never figured that one out (it was driving me crazy) especially with the parking brake on. Thank you all for your help.

Glad the mystery is solved. Now we need to solve the mystery of why SMBw didn't know what the switch was....

If you are going to idle for more than a few minutes, make sure you use it. Keeps the EGR valve happy.
