Neat Scangauge Feature

I checked my speedometer accuracy with a GPS today to determine the effect my new tires had on it. It was a full 10% off. I found a way in the Scangauge II to change the MPH setting to reflect the larger tires so now the Scangauge is accurate--the stock speedo still reads low.

You go into more>setup>speed and use the top right button to add. I set it at twelve>save and it's now pretty close. It's also good to know about the 10% differential because it adds 10% to my fuel mileage calculations. I'm getting well into the 14's.

The new super knobby Goodyear MTRs don't care for high speed though. You can feel them moving around on their tread blocks--weird. 65 tops for me now.
