Need your Help.

Hi,

I plan to buy a cargo van and to install electricity by my self in order to transform it like a camper van.
A sportsmobile van is too expensive for me and very difficult to find in Texas.
So I need your advices about my electrical installation. for the moment, I do not neet 110v, but I plan to update my installation. Moreover, I have no idea about the section cable.

Thank you

Seb

Re: Need your Help.

They make them in Texas you know...

Wire for 110v now, wire for everything now before the van interior is installed. Also prewire for solar.

I think 12-14 guage for all the accessories, battery/battery alternator should be 2/0, you can probably do 10 or 8 gauge between batts and fuse box, 10 gauge for solar pre, probably 10 for any larger appliances (eg. an RV fridge instead of cooler).
