It is wired for rooftop, but I don't have them.

My van has the electric penthouse top and the solar switch is just above penthouse control switch, right behind the driver's seat.

Just curious, does the Zamp controller you have show voltage displayed on the controller? Amps?

I guess if all else fails, I'd pull the controller and make sure it's connected correctly. While its out you can check voltage and continuity on the circuit. I also would check if the remote outlet is being fused behind the plug as well as at the controller. I think the reason for isolating the portable panels via a switch is some don't pare well together with different types of panels.

Yes. The one inside shows voltage.
The one in the panel shows an error code.

I am going to try to find and check every fuse

More than likely the fuse will in be an inline type. On my aux-plug, they went in from the tail light. I'm not sure if they put a fuse there or not.

I'm just guessing you've checked the polarity as mentioned by another member. Perhaps SMB or who did the install screwed up.
