Re: rocker switch placement?

Ok, pillar pods covered. Now what about rocker switches? I'd like to get some ideas too.

Re: rocker switch placement?

I think I posted something about these guys in another thread some time back, super nice and quick shipment of my rocker switches, they will put just about anything you want on them. Check out some of their already made novelty switches.....

Here's some pics of them "installed" in the overhead console, I say that because all I did was get their snap in switch holders with a set of snap in ends and pushed the whole thing up there, nice snug fit and a good space behind for wires and fittings, someday I'll finish it off with an insert surround piece to hide those wires[emoji6]

Re: rocker switch placement?

REF: Compliments! Your post is the most responsive since you show both rocker switches and over the mirror gauge pod. That panel of rocker switches is the cleanest I have ever seen. Thanks for linking those guys. What does the "Engine Start" rocker switch do?

Re: rocker switch placement?

That video is awesome, good find. E350-thanks, it couldn't have worked out better, esp since I needed a row of 8 switches for all the various lights and engine start button, there really wasn't anywhere else to go. The engine start feature momentarily combines the starters with the house battery, in essence you can go jump yourself (might be my new saying now)....it is a feature of the sure power battery separators, I have not tested it, and I hope that it's wired correctly and doesn't send out the trunk monkey with a club!! That would be bad.....

Mine are just under and to the right of the steering wheel.

Re: rocker switch placement?

Looks good !
I ordered 8 switches for some gadgets, but still are undecided where to mount them. I also thought about this place, on the other hand a nice roof console would be cool too.

Re: rocker switch placement?

JoeyNick, can you tell me what brand that is and where you sourced it? I've looked at the marine places. They seem to have lots of this stuff at ok prices.
