small 3 wire led ceiling light

I am looking for a 3 wire small flush mount led light. It could be a low/high or a white /red light.
The ambulance I am modifying to a camper has dual element lights that are too large and bright for my liking and want to utilize the existing wiring.

Here's one designed for Crown Vic Police Interceptors as their dome light. It has a three way switch White LEDs / Off / Red LEDs.

I want to say its about 6" diameter, but I can measure mine if you need a real measurement.

Why do you need a three wire fixture?. The third wire must be a second power wire from a two way switch. Most interior lights are just two wire, but may still have two different light levels selected by a switch on the light. If you want to switch the levels / colors remotely, you can disconnect the wires at the switch on the fixture and connect them to your current wiring so you don't have to limit your search to three wire fixtures.

I'd say Herb probably found just what you were looking for but if not try West Marine or Defender or some of the other big marine sites. I got a pretty neat red/white LED a few years ago from Defender I think and they had plenty of styles to choose from.
Currently vanless. Weird.

ambulance wiring has 3 wires going to each dome light. The light has a regular incandescent bulb and a halogen bulb for high. Instead of just dead ending the high side of the switch I thought I would look for a 2 color led light or a slim light with a high and low light
I used these used these on my black van hooked up with a dimmer. Looking for something close for this build.
I may give Superbright Led's a call.
