Solar panel physical size

I am looking to put solar on my van and have a space up top 3ftx3ft to put the panel. Does anyone know where I can find a square panel rather than a rectangular panel? Thanks!

Best,
C.

If you can squeeze out a few extra inches, Renogy makes a 100w poly panel that is 39.7" x 26.7" and a 150w mono panel that is 39.5" x 39".

The only square one that I found recently is the 150W Renogy that gcvt referred to above.

Two of the Renogy Eclipse 100W panels are roughly the same footprint (about 40"x40") and will provide an additional 50W of power ....at significantly more $$

Aleko makes some square"ish" panels that can fit within your 36" square. They max out at about 90 Watts though.

12 Volt Solar Panels at AlekoProducts

Don't know much about these guys really, but they have some nice footprints on their 120 and 140 Watt panels.

Yes, 1der I have a 3ftx3ft square area. I might try this: ALEKO | Solar Panel 90 Watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline As it's about the most wattage I can find to fit in the space. Thanks so much for the replies. I'm gonna check and see if I can squeeze in one of the renogy 40"x40" panels tonight. That would be ideal.
