Use for power TV antenna

I just discovered while installing my rack, I have a amplified antenna installed in the fiberglass top. I do not care about TV, but wondering if I could modify to help boost cell coverage. If not, any other uses?

Most antenna's are designed to receive signals within a relatively small bandwidth---the integrated amplifier also designed to process those signals. Wireless receivers are purposely built to operate on different bands so they don't interfere with one another; cell phones, 2-way radios, AM/FM radios, and television video. (FWIW television signals do include an FM band signal for the audio portion.)

That being said most likely your discovered antenna isn't useful for other wireless devices.

Sorry 'bout that.
