Our build only has one 120v receptacle inside, since we seldom use 120v appliances. From what I have seen on other rigs, there are fairly standard house type 120v receptacles located near each appliance. So there is one behind the microwave, behind the refrigerator, one next to the the TV location, etc. I think they use NM cable with no conduit, just like in the walls of a house.

There is also a 120v circuit breaker panel. I would think the micro, AC, and refrigerator would each have their own circuit breaker. The TV could be on a common circuit with other receptacles.
