I agree with that but there are several factors that determine where to connect. The key is to not let it keep your vehicle from starting and not letting the load take your AGM batteries down below 12.2v after using all the other stuff they supply throughout the night. I've found a happy medium with the equipment I have and my typical camping habbits.
