I agree with Larrie. There's no need to turn it off. Assuming you have the ZS-30A controller, it has a float stage that will keep your batteries topped off while they're sitting there and maintain them at a safe level to maximize battery life.
You can verify that your batteries are in the float stage if the green light is ON next to the full battery icon, and the blue light is OFF next to the lightning bolt icon.
