I make magnetic curtains. K&J Magnets have magnets with holes in the center which are easy to sew in the curtain edges. If you want insulated black out curtains, a product called Warm Window is also easy to work with. Karen

Black out curtains

I used black color black out material I purchased online from Seattle Fabrics.
I attach using velcro on some windows and bungee cord through a sleeve sewn into the top of the curtain on other windows. Has worked great and fabric is good quality and easy to sew.

Thanks!
My blackout curtains connect with snaps and they are made from the same material as the rest of the interior of my van.

They are very easy to make and the snaps I used are the type with a screw hole in the middle. I used mostly existing screw points around the windows for the male part of the snap. The female curtain half installs with a hammer and die, easily done with a single blow.
