I always get the voice mail when I try to call the smb west sales reps. Is this what you guys have experienced? Do they prefer communicating via email or other media?
I am new to the forum and am about to put in an order.
Thanks,

I could never get them in person either when I called. Almost always got voicemail. No problem, however, since they always called back within 12-24 hours. I also found that email was a much better way to communicate when details on the van were involved. That significantly minimized the potential for errors and mistakes.

I have mostly used email to communicate to both SMB CA and SMB TX, but when I have called, I always got a real person very quickly. I never tried calling anything other than the main line, and then I get connected to the person I am looking for. ...in some cases they had to chase someone down in the shop.... are you calling an extension or a direct line to someone ?
