Full Time in Sportsmobile 3 years, Van Tour

A big thanks to all that have helped me on this forum, before the build, during and after. I finally did a video of my van and wanted to provide it to others if it is beneficial.

I had my sprinter 4x4 build at Fresno with the intent of living full time with my cat. I still work, online and therefore have a complete internet set-up. I spent excessive amounts of time and energy designing and learned a lot along the way. After three years full time have learned even more.

I have been remiss in sharing with the forum and helping to answer questions. Want to give back any info and/or experiences if can be of help. Hopefully the YouTube link appears below. If not search Why I Moved into a Van (with van tour) Channel: feralgypsy.me

Great video. The youtube is plagues with videos that try to build anticipation but just annoy. You answered about every foreseeable question and great rhythm. I have the feeling you've done that before.

Laurie, thank you for the video. Actually all three of your videos were great.

I'm doing almost exactly the same thing you did - even down to the van's accommodations for my cat! SMB Fresno starts my conversion next week which I have painstakingly planned for over a year - can't wait!

I loved this quote from you, which perfectly encapsulates why I saved, and saved, and saved for my life pivot:

"I wanted for as many days as I had left to really live a life and not have life be surrounded by things that really didn’t matter." -Feral Gypsy

Enjoyed the video and seeing your very practically laid out van. Well done! With the Jeep in tow it sounds like you are ready for almost any adventure.
Thanks for sharing.

@Fremebe you said you had "commercial grade internet". Can you provide more detail? Is it cell phone based? WiFi based? Both? What antenna system did SMB install for you (seen in your video)?
