Manchester makes RV style and van style tanks.......
The RV style has the fittings are up a bit higher than the van style.....those usually require an access door. The One in Dave B's picture appears to be the van style.
I bought the 5 gallon van style from gowesty.com They have several styles....IIRC the 5 gallon and 8 gallon are both about 8" in diameter one is about 24" long and the other about 30" long

They also sell a 3.3 gallon skinny one for VW vans...that should fit an SMB easily
LPG Tank with Regulator | GoWesty
Manchester also makes 10" diameter horizontal tanks, but they are a tight fit under an econoline, especially if you have rear heat/air and want to mount it on the driver's side. There are a few sites selling these online.
I used this regulator although I've had a few issues with it......had to whack it with a screwdriver handle to get it to work a couple of times.
LPG Gas Regulator (2-Stage) | GoWesty
it's been functioning properly the last couple times out; if I were to buy another (which i may) I'll probably buy this regulator from Karl at westyventures.com

Westy Ventures / Propex heaters
I use propane only for heating (with a Propex heater)....i had a couple of minor issues with my propex 2211 (one of them self-inflicted) and Karl at westyventures has been extremely helpful...if you are thinking of buying a Propex heater Karl is highly recommended.
I've probably used my heater around 15 nights so far this year, and I just refilled my tank....took 2.1 gallons so the heater uses way less propane than I expected.
