Re: Magicbus!

We took a trip to Moab recently and back thru Colorado on our way home- independence pass was getting pretty hairy but the snow was beautiful. We snapped some pics...

Re: Magicbus!

Oooh!! That looks like fun!

We passed through Independence Pass last week just before the snowstorm. Since we were on a mission to pick up our SMB, it's probably good that we missed the snow. http://www.advanturetrek.com/2011/10/pi ... ip-report/

But the snow sure looks tempting! Can't wait to get our van finished and then take it to Colorado. Thanks for sharing some gorgeous photos.

Re: Magicbus!

We planned to have a few days there in Fruita to mountainbike but the rain put the dampers on that- we'll get there next year!

Re: Magicbus!

I see you have Nitto trail grapplers 35x12.5x18 -- I thought that the new Ford vans were limited to 33'" tires due to RSC. How'd you get around that? Thanks

Re: Magicbus!

ROLL STABILITY CONTROL
guess it helps with spin out, rollovers, braking, ect... similar to ABS but more advanced. Wonder if vans can be ordered w/o it?

Re: Magicbus!

I was told that RSC does not function properly with 35" tires on the newer E-350 vans -- I think it is standard equipment & don't know if it can be ordered without.
