I'm sorry, but looking through the literature, I don't understand the difference between the Penthouse "RB" top and the Penthouse "G" RB top other than $5,552 vs $5,428. Just a wanna be hoping to make the plunge into the Sportsmobile lifestyle. Thanks
I believe the "G" stands for garagable, if that's a real word. I think it's a lower profile version of the penthouse top, making it (more) possible to park your SMB in a garage. Of course, a lot depends on your tire size and suspension choices.

Pretty close cost accounting to generate the $124 difference. I mighta just rounded it off to $125, or offered your choice for an average flat rate of $5490 (prolly woulda rounded that on up to $5499... or maybe even $5500)

I think the G also changes the cabin headroom and width at the sides of penthouse opening... they put the lift stuff farther down into the van cabin to reduce the cap height
