I took a good look at the rubber trim on mine and it is in good shape.. If somebody else wants to buy your trim that’s fine by me. Thanks for the offer.

Hi all - looking for input installing a new gasket: at the front penthouse corner there is a gap on either side of that corner fastener. The gaps don't run very long but an opening up 1/4 inch seems like a perfect place to collect debris & road grime.

Is this a matter of tension? I tried to keep the new gasket taut but didn't really stretch it. The bottom penthouse edge is well seated within the new rubber.

At the rear, the bottom of the fiberglass stays on the same horizontal plane as it rounds the corner & installation was without issue. In front, the edge rises around the corner to follow the van roofline.

Thanks in advance for your guidance

I would like to purchase your gasket if you still have it available?

has anyone had an issue with replacing the penthouse gasket and then the thing squeaking like crazy once you latch the penthouse down and start driving?

i took mine off just to clean it so that i could glue it in a couple of spots where the holes had stripped out.....

put it back on and it is LOUD

was thinking of trying some silicone spray?

maybe i took all the previous grease off and it needed it?!?!?

tks
